Ingredients
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter (melted)
- 1 14 oz. package caramels (unwrapped)
- 2 T heavy whipping cream
- 1 c. milk chocolate morsels

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats,flour, brown sugar, baking soda and salt and mix well. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Press crumb mixture into bottom of ungreased sheet pan. (medium) Bake 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
Place caramels and cream in microwave safe bowl and microwave 1-3 minutes or until melted stirring often. Pour over hot crust and spread to the edges. Let stand 10 minutes or until caramel is set. Cut lengthwise into eight rows.
Place chocolate morsels in microwave bowl and microwave for 1-3 minutes. Drizzle chocolate over bars. Let stand until set. Cut crosswise into sixths.
