Ingredients
- Optional:
- 12 12 12 Eggs
- 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 cup Half & Half (substitute: milk)
- 1 1 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- to & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 lb cooked crumbled sausage
- 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2 - 1 lb cooked crumbled bacon
- fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes

Step 1
1. Thoroughly whisk first 3 ingredients.
2. Stir in cheeses and salt/pepper.
3. Pour into greased dish.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes or until center is no longer runny.
