Ingredients
- CHICKEN & STUFFING
- 2 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (trim of excess fat).
- 2 - 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup (I used the low sodium)
- 2 cups stuffing mix (I used an entire package of Stove Top Chicken)
- 6 Tablespoons of melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
SPRAY INSIDE THE SLOW COOKER WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY (I didn't do
this - and mine will be soaking until tomorrow! LOL)
Lay the chicken breasts in the crockpot and top with a slice of Swiss
cheese.
In a bowl, mix the milk and the cream of mushroom soup until well blended.
Pour the milk/soup mixture over the chicken. If you stacked the chicken,
lift the ones on top to make sure this mixture gets topped with the sauce.
Pour the stuffing mixture on top of the 'sauced' chiciken.
Pour the melted butter over the stuffing.
Lid on, go away for 3.5 hours on high or 5 hours on low.
VERY tasty. I used two chicken breasts. We have one left for tomorrow.
VERY nicely flavored.
