Baked Tacos

Baked Shells can be used for all kinds of filling. Chicken salad, eggs, etc.

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pkg taco mix,dry
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can tomato condensed soup, undiluted
- 12 taco shells

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325F. In a large skillet, brown meat, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink, about 8 mins; drain.
2. Stir in undiluted soup and taco mix; heat through. Spoon mixture into standing taco shells in baking pan, and top with cheese. Bake 5 mins or until cheese melts. Serve with garnishes.
