Ingredients
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello (3 oz.)
- 1 c. boiling water, dissolve jello
- 2 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries (20 oz.)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 9 oz. Cool Whip or 4 pkg. Dream Whip
- 1 can coconut (optional)
- Loaf size angel food cake

Preparation
Step 1
Mix jello in water. Let set and thaw berries. Meanwhile break cake in bite size pieces and put in 9x13 pan. After berries are thawed but still cool, put into jello and sugar. Fold jello and berries into one 9 oz. cool whip. Spread over the cake and press down to absorb. Frost with other carton of Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut over top. Refrigerate 3-4 hr.
