Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 fine dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 11 oz. can condensed soup (cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom, or cream of celery
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbs chopped parsley

Step 1
Mix bread crumbs, beef, onion, egg, and salt. Shape into 16 meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings. Stir in soup, water, and parsley. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring often. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
