Ingredients

• 1 1 1 cup flour
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
• 1 1 1 stick margarine
• 1 1 1 med and 1 small cool whip
• 1 1 1 cup powdered sugar
• 8 8 8 oz.cream cheese
• 2 2 boxes 2 small boxes chocolate instant pudding
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, nuts and margarine. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 min or until golden brown. Cool.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and thick. Fold in large cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Chill until set. Prepare pudding according to directions. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill. Spread small cool whip over chocolate layer. Chill Sprinkle with chopped nuts just before serving.
