Ingredients

  • 20 oz. Semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Ancho chili powder
  • 14 oz. Condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, cut
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Line 8 inch square pan with foil and rub with butter.
Large bowl combine chopped chocolate, cinnamon, nacho chili powder.
Medium saucepan combine milk, sugar and butter.
Heat over medium heat, stir constantly until begins to boil.
Add marshmallows.
Remove and immediately add to chocolate mixture.
Let stand 2 minutes, add vanilla and stir smooth.
Pour mixture into pan and refrigerate four hours.
