- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2-3 pounds flank steak

In a small bowl, combine all the spices.
Generously coat all sides of the flank steak with the seasoning mixture.
Place the seasoned flank steak into your slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for eight to ten hours. Shred the meat prior to serving.
