Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 lb. chicken tenders or chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 15-oz. can black beans, drained
- 1 10-oz. Rotel tomatoes, not drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, snipped
- 1 10-oz. tub Santa Fe blend cooking cream
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 4 cups water
