  • 1 15-oz. can black beans, drained
  • 1 10-oz. Rotel tomatoes, not drained
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro, snipped
  • 1 10-oz. tub Santa Fe blend cooking cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 4 cups water
