Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 4-5 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello, use dry
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tea. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- CRUST:
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
- STREUSEL TOPPING:
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 Tbsp. firm butter

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate.
Filling: Combine filling ingredients in a large bowl and mix until all coated. Pour into the prepared pie plate.
Crust: Beat ingredients until smooth 15 seconds in a blender on high. Pour over the rhubarb mixture.
Streusel: Mix all ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkler on top of the pie.
Bake in 400 degree oven until knife inserted comes out clean (about 55-65 minutes).
