Ingredients
- 4 packages frozen chopped spinach (use top brand)
- 1 large Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix (Package serves 12 or 2 packages which serves 6)
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 4 onions finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Accent
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup melted margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain spinach. Mix with other ingredients and shape into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
May be frozen for later cooking.
