Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen stawberries or raspberries
- 1 3/4 teaspoons equal for recipes or 1/4 cup equal spoonful

Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. (If not frozen banana or strawberry add a couple handfuls of ice.)
