Ingredients
- 7 apples
- 3 T butter
- 1 T corn oil
- 1/4 c light brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. peel and cut the apples.
2. melt butter and oil till sizzling and add apples. turn heat down and add brown sugar.
3. cover the pot and stir frequently.
4. cook till tender about 10 minutes or so.
5. leave cover on pot but remove from heat. let pot sit for 5-10 minutes till apples absorb most of the liquid.
