Ingredients
- Uses of lavender:
- inhale to calm a frustrating commute.
- add 12 drops per 1 oz. skin care oil for a relaxing massage.
- Inhale prior to yoga practice or at the end during savasana.
- put a couple drops on your pillow at night.
- diffuse to calm a crying baby
- add a few drops to a sachet and hang in clothese closets, refresh as needed
- Add 9 drops to 3 tbls water in a candle lamp diffuser
- add several drops to a small towel and toss into dryer during cool down.
- combine with baking soda and a spritz of lemon to create a natural scouring power.
- place 2-3 drops into your sandals at night to leave them clean and refreshed.
- mix 6 drops per 1 oz. water and create a soothing skin mist.
- add to your bath salts for a soothing bath.
