  • 1 Box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Mix
  • 2 lb. Ricotta
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Step 1

Make lemon cake mix from box.
Use a 13x9 pan
Mix ricotta, sugar, 4 eggs, 1 Tsp. vanilla and pour over lemon cake mix in pan.
Bake for an hour at 350 degrees.
Cover for 15 min. with foil to ensure it is fully cooked.
