Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked,shredded chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 4 green onions,chopped
  • Dash salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken,eggs,bread crumbs,Worchestershire sauce,mayonnaise,dry mustard,green onion,salt and pepper in bowl.attach bowl and beater.Turn to speed 2 and mix for 1 minute.Increase to speed 6 for 30 seconds.Using a 1/3 cup measure,shape chicken mixture into patties.Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.drain on paper towel.Serve with dill sauce.
DILL SAUCE
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
dash salt and pepper
Place mayonnaise,sour cream,dill weed,salt and pepper in a small saucepan.Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.Serve hot.
