Ingredients
- 1 lbs. chicken, cubed
- 1 Tbs. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. flour
- 2 Tbs. cooking oil
- 2 Tbs. green curry paste (or more to taste)
- 2 green onions, with tops
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ginger, chopped
- 2 c. coconut milk
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 c. cilantro for garnish

Step 1
Toss chicken insoy sauce, then flour. Saute in heated oil. Remove chicken from pan.
Reduce heat to medium and add curry paste. Cook for 1 minute, then add onions, garlic, and ginger; cook two minutes. Return chicken to skillet, stirring to coat. Stir in coconut milk, fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
