Ingredients
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 carrots chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 box frozen green beans
- 2 boxes frozen spinach, drained and thawed
- 1 yellow squash diced
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- oil
- 2 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 2 cans cannellini beans
- grated parm cheese
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 t basil leaves
- salt,pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. cook onion and carrot till tender. stir in tomatoes, green beans, broth, and 2 cups of water over high heat till boiling. reduce to low and simmer. add squash till veggies are tender.
2. stir in macaroni, canellini beans, and frozen spinach over medium heat and serve with parm cheese.
