Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. 2% milk
- Cook until bubbles form around edge of pan. Cool until room temperature before adding below ingredients.

Step 1
Then add:
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 T. vanilla
Add whole milk to fill line of 5 qt. freezer. Freeze as usual.
