Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c. shortening
• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix in order given. Shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Cross with fork dipped in water. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
