Ingredients
- 2 C all -purpose flour
- 1 pkg. quick rising yeast
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1 t evoo
- 3/4 c water
- or make a sub with WW pastry flour and reg. yeast, let it sit for the same amount of time. Add fresh rosemary and italian seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Pulse flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a food processor until mixed.
Heat oil and water in a small saucepan to between 120 and 130 degrees.. With the processor on, gradually pour the warm liquid through the feed tube. If it's too dry, add 1 or 2 Tbsp of warm water. Process until dough forms a ball, then process for 1 min. to knead.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 - 15 min.
Can be made ahead, enclosed in a plastic bag and stored in the refrigerator overnight. Bring to room temp before using.
