Ingredients
- Cucumber-Basil Puree:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cucumber (peeled and seeded)
- 1/4 cup torn basil
- Coarse salt
- Orange-Lime Mix:
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- Lemonade Raspberry:
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- Mint sprigs

Preparation
Step 1
Cucumber-Basil:
Combine water, cucumber, basil, and salt in a blender and freeze in an ice-cube tray.
Orange-Lime Mix:
Combine orange juice, lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl and freeze in an ice-cube tray.
Lemonade Raspberry:
Dissolve sugar in warm water. Stir in lemon juice. Divide fresh raspberries into an ice-cube tray. Place a sprig of mint in each cube. Add lemonade and freeze.
