Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening melted
• 1 1/2 cups sugar(white)
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups cake flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 cup cinnamon
• 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream shortening sugar and eggs together. Then gradually add flour, salt, cream of tartar, and baking soda. THen mis in cinnamon and sugar. Place spoonfulls of cookie batter on ungreased cookie sheet. bake 10 - 12 minutes at 150 degrees.
