Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Italian sausage, browned
  • 1 large can Tomato puree (32 oz)
  • 4 cans tomato paste- small cans
  • 3 (16 oz)cans tomato sauce ( w/ Italian seasoning)
  • 1/2 c. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 c. Romano cheese
  • Mostacciolli noodles (one box for each 9x13 pan)
  • Mozzarella cheese 3-4 c. shredded for each 9x13 pan

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the Italian sausage and set aside. In large pot throw in rest of ingredients except noodles. Mix welll, add sausage and let simmer 15-20 minutes. Boil noodles according to package directxions. In 9x13 pan, mix coooked noodles with desired amount of sauce. Top mixture with mozz. cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly.
