Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups skim milk
- pinch salt
- 2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 ounce bittersweet (60-70%) chocolate
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, tosted
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows\

Step 1
Heat a medium saucepan over medium-
high heat. when hot, add the milk and salt, if desired, and bring to a boil
Add the oatmeal, vanilla, and agave. Stir until combined. Cook until the oatmeal has thickened, about 5 minutes. Add the chocolate and stir until it has melted. Remove from heat.
Serve the oatmeal in bowls, and top with the toasted walnuts and marshmallows.
