Ingredients
- 1 ) butter, softened
- 2 ) 10 slices white bread
- 3 ) 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ) 12 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
- 5 ) eight eggs, lightly beaten
- 6 ) 3 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 7 ) quarter teaspoon paprika
- 8 ) 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 9 ) half teaspoon curry powder
- 10 ) 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- 11 ) 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 ) 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
1) butter sides and bottom of a 13 x 9" baking dish
2) remove crusts from bread, butter each slice, and cut in cubes. Place half of the buttered cubes in baking dish and sprinkle with half the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses then add the remaining bread in another layer and top with the remaining cheeses. Combine eggs, half-and-half, paprika, onion, curry powder, red pepper, Worcestershire and mustard. Pour over bread and cheese mixture.
3) cover and refrigerate overnight.
4) bake at 325° one hour, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is slightly browned.
