- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract {4oz}
- 3 cups quick cooking oats {9oz}
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips {6oz}
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter {6.5oz}

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, melt butter over med-low heat. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract. Mix to combine. Add quick cooking oats and stir. Cook oat mixture over med-low heat 4 minutes.
While oat mixture is cooking, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwavable bowl. Then set aside.
Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking pan. Press ¾ of the oat mixture in bottom of the pan. Pour melted chocolate and peanut butter over the oats. Take the remaining oat mixture and crumble it over the chocolate/peanut butter. Refrigerate the bars for at least 3 hours. Then cut into squares and enjoy!
