Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 egg whites room temp
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup choppes pecans

Preparation
Step 1
combine in sauce pan sugar, corn syrup and water
cook, stirring until sugar dissolves
then cook over low heat without stiring to HARD BALL sage (265*)
Test by dropping in cup of cold water.
meanwhile, put into large GLASS bowl of Mixmaster, the egg whites and salt
beat on High until stiff but still moist - about 2 1/2 minutes.
slowly pour hot syurp over egg whites while contunuing to beat on High
speed until mixture begins to thicken, scrape bowl while beating
add vanilla and nuts. beat until mixture take shape. drop from teaspoon onto wax paper. cool
