Ingredients

garlic
balsamic vinegar
ground pepper
salt
evoo
jar with lid/ladle

Preparation

Step 1

DIce garlic paper thin
Pour salt on garlic pile
Press knife against garlic/salt
Make a garlicky paste.
Put in glass or china.
Next, pour in good olive oil.
1/2 oil, 1/2 vinegar/

Add basil, oregano, parsley, 1/2tsp each. Rub hard into your hands as you drop it in. Shake oil mixture well. Add vinegar, shake again.
