Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 lb beef tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp steak sauce
- 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp red pepper sauce
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 6 potato sandwich rolls, split, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
1. In skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add beef; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until browned. Stir in all remaining ingredients except rolls. Cook about 5 mins longer, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender and juices thicken slightly.
2. To serve, use spoon to place about 1/3 cup beef mixture on each roll.
