Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground hempseed
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tbsp yacon syrup
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 cups frozen or fresh fruit
- 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup water or almond milk
- 1 tbsp raw almond butter or peanut butter (optional)
- 1 handful goji berries (optional)
- 1 tbsp maca (optional)
