Ingredients

1 15 1 tube Ritz crackers + 15 crackers crumbled.
1/4 1/4 1/4 c. sugar
1 1 1 stick butter

Step 1

Put in 9x13 pan. Mix one 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip. Layer over crumbs. Drain a 29 oz. can of sliced peaches (reserve 1 c.) and place in rows over Cool Whip layer. Mix 2 boxes peach gelatin, 2 c. hot water, and 1 c. peach juice. Let sit until thick. Pour over peaches.
