Ingredients
- CRUST
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1 cup flour sifted
- Filling
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1 cup pecans

Preparation
Step 1
CRUST
blend all ingredients throuhgtly
chill one hour then press in 9 inch pie pan
FILLING
slightly beat eggs in medium size bowl
blend in sugar, salt, corn syrup, and butter
add vanilla, and butter flavoring
arrange pecans halves on bottom of crust
pour filling over pecans
bake 50 to 60 minutes
until center of pie is almost set, but still soft
do not over bake
cool 1 hour before cutting
