Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pkg (26oz) shredded hash brown potatoes
• 1 can (15oz) cream of chicken
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 container (8oz) sour cream
• 1/2 chopped onion
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350, grease rectangular 13x9x2 baking dish.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. put hash brown mixture in a baking dish.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes- 1 hour or until golden brown
