- 1 lb can undrained peas
- 1 qt chickes broth
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon hickory flavored salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon dry minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Put can peas in blender, blend to a smooth puree
transfer to a 3qt sauce pan, stir in chicken broth, beef broth, hickory salt, pepper, minced onions, onion powder
