Ingredients
- Won Tons
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 can (4 oz) green chilies, chopped
- 1 package wonton skins
- vegetable oil
- guacamole Dip
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons minced green onions
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

How to make it
Mix cheese and green chilies. Place 1 teaspoon mixture on a wonton skin. Fold like an envelope. Seal edges with water. Repeat with remaining skins and filling.
Fry wontons in 2" of hot oil until brown, turning so that both sides will be brown. Drain.
For the guacamole dip: Mash pulp of avocados and blend in lime juice. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with wontons.
