FRESH ORANGE SALSA

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups orange segments, seeds and membranes removed, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons green onions
  • 4 teaspoons coriander, fresh, chopped
  • 4 green chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine all and refrigerate 2 hours
Makes 1 cup.
