Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Sodium-free beef bouillon powder/granule
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Substitute
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- Dash Black Pepper
- Dash Garlic Powder
- 1 cup water

Step 1
In small sauce pan combine and boil gently uncovered about 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup. Store in refrigerator. Stir before using.
I use this in my healthy recipe "Asian Beef with Snow Peas". I really don't like soy sauce in itself so I'm not sure how it measures up to the real thing but it sure is good when added to the Asian Beef recipe!
