Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. whipping cream, divided
- 6 oz pkg. milk chocolate chips
- 4 - 1 oz sqs semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped 1/2 tsp shortening
- 12 chocolate-coated ice cream cones
- 12 thin chocolatewfer cookies
- Garnish: candy sprinkles

Preparation
Step 1
Bring 1/2 c. cream to a boil in a saucepan; remove from heat., Stir in chips until melted and smooth; spoon into a bowl. Let cool, stiriring occasionally. Beat remaining cream with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form; fold into chocolate mixture. Chill. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt baking chocolate and shortening on high for one to 2 minutes; stir. Dip tips of cones into chocolate, then into sprinkles. Chill until set. To serve, spoon cream into cones; set each on a cookie.
