Ingredients

  • MEAT
  • 6-8 lb beef brisket, fat removed
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • seasoning salt
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • SAUCE
  • juices from meat
  • 14 oz bottle catsup
  • 14 oz bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Rub seasonings on both sides of meat. Place brisket covered with foil in refrigerator overnight.

The next morning, place brisket in oven & cook at 300 for about 3 hours.

Remove from foil & coil. Slice very thinly.

Mix sauce ingredients together.

Place brisket in cooking bag. Pour sauce over all.

Cook another 3 hours.
