Ingredients

SAUCE
2 c chicken broth
1 or 2 pieces toast
1-1/2 tsp peanut butter
1/4 c mole (jar)
chocolate
Chicken, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sauce ingredients in blender until smooth. Transfer to saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

Pour sauce over chicken & cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
