Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets (1 buy package of florets) 2 c.
- 1/4 lb. snow peas, trimmed
- 1 red onion (peeled and chopped)
- 1 red pepper (seeded and cubed)
- 1 14 oz. can baby corn (drained)
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 T toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepot, cook broccoli and snow peas in salted water 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. In bowl, combine broccoli, snow peas and next 4 ingredients. In separate bowl, whisk together next 4 ingredients and pour over vegetables to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
