Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

• 2 c. Rice Chex, crushed
• 1/4 c. melted butter
• 1/2 c. coconut
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1/2 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix above ingredients and pat 1/2 mixture in 9x13 pan. Place 1/2 gallon soft vanilla ice cream on the crumbs. Add rest of the crumbs and pat firmly. Freeze and serve with any pie filling on top (optional).
