Ingredients
- 1 3-oz pkg cherry jello
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 16-oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- pinch salt
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c Cool Whip
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce, lemon juice & salt.
Pour in 8x8" pan & let congeal.
Soften cream cheese. Whip until light & fluffy.
Fold in Cool Whip, pineapple & nuts.
Spoon over jello mixter.
* Can be frozen
