Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oil (not olive)
- 1/2 cup butter milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- Sift together flour, sugar & cocoa into bowl. In saucepan mix 1 cup water, 1 cup oil & 1 stick butter. Bring to boil & pour over flour mixture. Add buttermilk & baking soda. Add 2 unbeaten eggs.
- Bake 30-40 minutes at 350

Put everything except the nuts in a saucepan
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
Chopped pecans
Bring everything to boil then boil hard for 1 1/2 minutes. Beat til creamy, add chopped nuts, spread over cooled cake
