Ingredients
- 6 oz chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, halved and pounded
- 6 slices thinly sliced ham, chopped
- 7oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 8 oz frozen peas
- 10 oz can FF cream of mushroom soup

Preparation
Step 1
Mix stuffing with 1 cup water. On 6 sheets of foil, divide evenly and layer: stuffing, chicken, ham, mushroom and peas. Mix soup with 1/4 cup water and spoon over each mix. Seal packets and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Pierce to release steam.
Serve with salad
