Ingredients
- Beef tenderloin
- Olive oil
- Garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp minced onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 can beef bouillon
- 1/4 red wine

Preparation
Step 1
Tenderloin
Remove tissue & tendons
Rub with olive oil, make slits & insert cloves of garlic
Bake at 425 degrees, 45 mins to an hour, checking every 20 mins. or until meat thermometer reaches 140 degrees
Bordelaise sauce
Brown butter and flour then add the rest, stirring constantly
