Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Step 1
In a 4 qt. slow cooker, combine the first six ingredients. Stir in hash brown potatoes and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Cook on low 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender, sprinkling with remaining cheese during the last 5 minutes.
