Ingredients

  • Crust:

  • 2-2/3

    cup crushed pretzels

  • 3/4

    melted margarine

  • 3

    tbsp. sugar

  • 1

    st layer:

  • 8

    oz. cream cheese

  • 3/4

    sugar

  • 8

    oz Cool Whip

  • Top layer:

  • 6

    oz. pkg. strawberry jello

  • 2

    cups boiling water

  • 1

    pint frozen strawberries with juice

  • 1

    cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)

Directions

Mix the pretzels, melted margarine, and sugar together. Press into 9x13 pan and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. 1st layer: Blend the softened cream cheese and sugar together. Add cool whip. Spread over crust. Top layer: Mix jello and boiling water together, then add the frozen strawberries (with juice). Cool slightly. Pour over 1st layer. Refrigerate until set.
